  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt 2% or whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed berries sliced as needed
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios chopped
  • 2 ounces dark chocolate melted
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Method

  1. Line a rimmed quarter-sheet pan or large plate with parchment paper.
  2. Stir Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth. Spread into an even layer about 1/3 inch thick.
  3. Scatter berries and pistachios across the yogurt. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with chia seeds.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours, until completely firm.
  5. Break or cut into pieces. Transfer immediately to a freezer-safe container with parchment between layers.

Notes

Keep frozen for up to 1 month. The bark softens quickly at room temperature.
